Atlanta, GA. We have 376 locations in 36 states, Canada & Ireland. The
demand for residential cleaning continues to rise and our potential customer

Today's customer includes dual income busy families, empty nesters, retirees,
and young professionals. We are a Monday through Friday business - no nights or
weekends. Established Maid Brigade franchisees averaged $582,043 in gross sales
for 2004. Our largest franchisee grossed over $5 million! Not only do we
continue to add more million dollar franchises each year, but these operators
continue to grow their million dollar plus businesses year after year. 31% of
our established franchisees averaged $1.3 million in gross sales in 2004!
Function of the Owner: Our owners manage and develop their business - they do
not clean homes. To further the effectiveness of each operation, our National
Sales Center answers franchisees calls before, during, and after hours. Unlike
call centers, our sales center actually schedules initial cleanings and regular
service for the franchisee. This allows the owner to focus on team building and
customer retention.
