Business Concept :
As a Franchise Owner you will advertise through various media to attract customers/clients who desire to build a custom home on their property. Franchise Owner will provide full-service, home-building consulting to your customer/client. Unlike typical custom home-building companies that call all the shots and make all the decisions for the customer/client, The Franchise Owner backed by our three decades of home construction experience, assists and consults with the customer/ client throughout the entire building process. However, the customer/client makes all the decisions concerning the design, construction, subcontractor selections, interior décor and finishing of their dream home.

Operation:
The customer/client with owned or acquired property, brings their home ideas to the Franchise Owner. The Franchise Owner will assist in picking out one of our plans or advise if a designer is required. Franchise Owner can recommend designers if customer/client desires. Simultaneously, with the Franchise Owners assistance, the customer/client will start working with a designated lender to obtain a construction & permanent financial commitment. Upon receiving such a commitment, the lender will set up construction financing for a closing on the customers/clients construction loan. Upon loan approval, Franchise Owner will prepare an itemized and detailed cost estimate (take-off) for the customer/client. After closing, customer/client is ready to begin the construction of their new dream home! Franchise Owner consulting fee paid at the time of closing. The customer/client with the aid of process booklets, qualified subcontractor list, qualified wholesale/retail material outlets and consultation from the Franchise Owner begins to construct the home.

If everything in the process is followed the customer/client will achieve:

  1. The home of their choice,
  2. At a cost much less then a custom builder's price.
  3. With quality construction and professionalism,
  4. With equity on move-in day! Franchise

Initial Investment :
$30,000.00 Up to 90% can be financed based on Franchise Owner's qualifications.

Working Capital Required :
We strongly suggest a minimum of $15,000 above and beyond the Initial investment. Preferably $20,000 to $25,000. A 10% Royalty fee on all gross sales or $500.00 per month whichever is greater commences four months after signing the Agreement.

Franchise License Includes:

  • Advertising similar in kind to the advertising for the corporate office in your local territory.
  • From time to time, at the discretion of the Franchiser, the Franchiser will contribute toward advertising in the Franchise Owners territory.
  • Press Release prepared and delivered to local newspaper
  • Included in the corporate Inter-net site.
  • Any and all leads in the territory will be communicated. 24 hours of receipt.
  • Right to use Company logos, names and registered trademarks.
  • Reproducible software, to create applicable contracts, addendums and sales and marketing collateral.
  • Assistance in the locating and establishing office, signage and advertising.
  • One week of extensive training at the corporate office, lodging and other expenses not included.
  • Access to approved mortgage financing institutions & participation in special in house programs.
  • An experienced general contractor for local municipalities and bank residential construction requirements.
  • General Contractor Sign Off.
  • Program changes, updates and enhancements.
  • Access to inspectors within the Franchise Owners territory.
  • Use of all current and future corporate purchase agreements applicable to this program that cover materials and services.
  • A wide variety of information, on building and construction information, expertise, and business know how.
  • Quarterly visits from corporate representatives to assist in promoting Franchise Owners business.
  • Two (2) calendar months, of telephone access to superintendents upon close of first contract.
