Odor Control Service
When we set up a new customer, we install a fan type deodorizer in each
restroom. We replace the deodorant and battery every two weeks. This is a
service the customer doesn't have to buy any equipment. The deodorizer uses
Aire-Master's unique Odor Buster deodorant product. This is not a typical air
freshener that uses a heavy, perfume cover-up; it is a true deodorant that
actually kills odors in the air. It then imparts a light, pleasant background
fragrance that will project an image of cleanliness.
Premier Service
We offer odor control separately, or combined with our Premier Service. We
clean and disinfect each toilet, urinal and sink inside and out. This thorough,
indepth cleaning removes rust, lime deposits, and uric acid stains. We then
place our special deodorizing urinal screens in each urinal. We also furnish
soap for each restroom, filling each dispenser with one of our excellent hand
cleaners.
Product Sales
To complete our restroom care system, Aire-Master offers additional products
for sale to our customers, such as: toilet tissue and dispensers, cleaning
supplies, and deodorant products to treat specific odor problems.
License Fee
Aire-Master is a low investment opportunity. We base our license fee
on the population of the geographical area in which you want to work. This fee
gives you exclusive privileges to operate an Aire-Master franchise within your
protected territory. You get a thorough, intensive one week training course at
our national headquarters, and another week of field training in your area. To

Initial Product Order
In addition to the license fee itself, your initial investment also includes
enough Aire-Master products to build your business to a significant size, and a
license to use our proprietary computer software to handle your routing and
invoicing, along with technical support and free upgrades.
Monthly Royalty
As an Aire-Master franchisee, you will pay a monthly royalty fee that
equals five percent of your gross sales. This royalty pays for your use of our
proven operating system for getting and keeping customers. The royalty also
pays for the use of the brand name, logo, and all trademarks. Finally, the
royalty pays for the ongoing support you receive from Aire-Master.
Classroom Training
During the initial five day program at our headquarters facility, you
will learn about all aspects of operating an Aire-Master franchise. You will
learn the principles and techniques of odor control. You will learn about the
characteristics of fragrances. You will learn how to properly clean and
disinfect restroom fixtures. You will learn how to sell Aire-Master services
and products to customers. This training program also includes personal
sessions with several of our inhouse departments.
Field Training
When you get back home, we will send one of our top sales people to
your area for five days to help get your business started on the right foot.
Aire-Master will work with you to identify and target your sales territory and
your best potential customers. We will help you build your starting customer
base so you'll have income right away.
Ongoing Support
Our support doesn't stop after you become part of the franchise system. Members
of our home office staff are only a phone call away. You have direct access to
experts on subjects related to your business. You will also receive our
franchise newsletter, continually updated operations and training manuals,
videos, and samples of new products.
